The Functional Path is a path that had been traveled many times before but had fallen out of use in favor of smoother paved roads that promised faster and easier results. Seeking to follow and better define the functional path is a continuing journey, fortunately it is a journey that many have traveled before. Functional Path training is getting back to the basics of movement. It is learning to tune into the body and it’s inherent wisdom to produce rhythmic flowing movement.

Vern, I have your Athletic Development book and I enjoyed it very much. It answered many questions for me and lead to me coming up with even more questions as a result!
Keep up the great work.
Hi Vern,
As a fan of this website and as a website designer, what you need to do is move from this blogger account to a wordpress blog that is hosted on gambetta.com. You'll generate a ton more traffic to your main website and probably sell a lot more DVDs and books.
You might want to have a "Contact Vern" section too.
Best of luck,
Brian

Vern,
Love all of your DVD's. What I still do not understand is why you have always made reference to your 'retirement fund' or 'kids college fund'. While sure it may be suttle humor, the fact that it is a repeating joke for years on end must have some important issue for you.
It takes away from your professionalism by continually sending out such a personal request.
Just words of advice from an advid fan.
Vern,
It's your blog do what you want. It's because you show your personality that I think you have so much support...oh and probably your professionalism had a little something to do with it also.
