Vern,
I am interested in whether any of the Venice volleyball athletes play other sports, such as soccer or basketball, or are they already specialized? Of course this would have implications for the athlete's individual training and your program design.
Along these lines, I'd love to hear your thoughts on training multisport high school athletes - the few of them that still exist!
