Burn with Vern Breakfast Club
We have just revived the Breakfast Club in our now infamous high tech garage training center. Today it was a pleasant 81 degrees and 87% humidity when we were working out. The regulars are myself, Chris Dapolito, former Quarterback at Duke who is playing American Football in Europe, Jon Haskins, former pro football player that I have worked with over the years just getting in shape and Kristen Gambetta, my daughter just home for a few days vacation. This is the workout pattern for the Foundation Phase from now until July 30. Enjoy the pictures.

By the way Vern fans, that's not a lawn mower in the corner, but rather the Gambetta Physioroller. The thing that look like pruning shears is the Gambettasizer wrist & hand mobilizer, and don't forget the Kristinfitnesswand that looks something like a weed wacker. All blog readers are welcome to come on down & be the first to get the work out of your life on Vern's own patented special proprioceptive pad he calls his "lawn".
Oh, and my wife pointed out that the garage is in violation of Feng Shui. The Chi life force is leaking right out of the garage door! One of those plastic pink flamingos will chase it right back in.
