Seems more like a balance demand than a SLS but I agree either way!

Is there not a balance demand in a SLS? One compenent to many variables. Great illustration, Vern

I was not separating the two just making the statement that in the picture the player with the ball most likely has a greater demand in balancing on one leg.

Yes performing SLS's help to improve this performance.

Not looking to swim in a shark tank here.
