The Garage – Driveway
This isn’t quite the garage, it is actually the driveway. It gives you a pretty good picture of the simplicity. Actually the BOSU is pretty high tech for us. This is the Burn with Vern breakfast club from two summers ago. This is what I can “stepping stones.” All we are doing is trying to recreate what I used to do as a kid, jumping from rock to rock in the creek behind our house.

This looks great! Can you create an upper body version of this activity? I am a c7 quad, so no trunk or lower body muscles. I'm in my offseason right now (rugby) & part of my focus is increasing ability of my available musculature to stabilize my trunk & upper body. This is a great site & gives me much to ponder as I design my workouts. Thanks!

Try lying prone with a few gym scooters propped underneath you, on a nice flat surface. Place some markers on the floor randomly you can use as targets. Propel yourself across the floor, using your hands to bound from target to target, forward, back, sideways. Great lat workout.
