| Application | Get Vertical | Six Weeks April/May | Emphasis on Jump Improvement |
| Pre Season | Recycle | Six weeks June/July | Integrate strength, power and jump gains with VB skills |
| Competition I | Hybrid | Six Weeks August/Sept | Individualized programs 3 x week |
| Competition II | Hybrid | Three - Four Weeks October | Individualized programs 2 - 3 x week |
