Dick Pound

In yesterday NY Times magazine there was n interesting article on Dick Pound and WADA. It is worth the read. One thing that struck as borderline absurd was that the budget for WADA was $22 million. Given the resources that the dopers have available to them and the stakes in this whole doping battle that seems to be a paltry sum. That is supposed to finance research, credential testing labs, conduct some testing and up date the list of banned substances.
