I coach youth LaCrosse and soccer and I am looking for a book to assist me in training boys age 6 to 15. I have 4 sons to work with. What is too much? too little? stretch, no stretch, how much etc. Looking for sound advice. I currently have The G Method, med ball, and str. training video.
