Real Football – Real Athletes

The Functional Path is a path that had been traveled many times before but had fallen out of use in favor of smoother paved roads that promised faster and easier results. Seeking to follow and better define the functional path is a continuing journey, fortunately it is a journey that many have traveled before. Functional Path training is getting back to the basics of movement. It is learning to tune into the body and it’s inherent wisdom to produce rhythmic flowing movement.

well...they met my expectations. i think that the english team was the most over-rated team in the tournament. americans seemed to think that the english team had a chance because the names on the team were all familiar. serie A, la liga, and league 1 are all filled with great talent...even if they don't get nightly coverage on FSC.
don't get me wrong, i'm a chelsea supporter through and through...i'm just big enough to admit the itallians and spanish are better footballers.
vern, what's your opinion on mark vestegen's soccer program? i'm a competitive player that's been following his program for a year now. it seems to work for me, but i feel like i'm missing something.
